At Catz ‘N Wood, it is of course possible to exchange or return your order (provided that the product you ordered is not subject to a legal exception). This can be done within 14 days after receiving your complete order. Please first send an email to us info@catznwood.be if you wish to exchange or return, so that we are aware in advance.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a credit for the full order amount, including any shipping costs. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to www.catznwood.be with all accessories provided and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@catznwood.be. We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product has been received in good order.

Terms and conditions

Conditions for returning goods:

• All items must be unused and undamaged;
• All items must be in their original packaging;
• All items must be returned safely (including product stickers and manuals) to avoid damage during transport.
• If you wish to return items that you have ordered incorrectly yourself, you will be responsible for the costs of the return shipment. You will only receive a shipping ticket from us if the product is defective.
