No plushy trees that fall apart after six months. Our scratching suar wood posts are made from solid wood, suar wood one of the densest and most durable tropical wood species in existence. Each piece is hand-finished in our workshop in Westerlo.
Our suar wood collection is for cats that really need it: large cats, heavy cats, Maine Coons, active cats who would rather destroy the pole than your sofa. The wide base, the massive wood and the sturdy construction ensure that the pole stays standing even if your cat decides to lie down on it in its wildest way.

Choose your model below and configure it completely to your liking: height, rope, cushion, toys, everything is customizable. Additional wishes, discuss it with us!

Why choose one suar wood wooden cat scratching post of Catz’n Wood’s products?
Suar is a wood with a special structure; the grain patterns and color variations vary from tree to tree, making each beam unique. The wood is heavy, stable, and resistant to intensive use. Our beams are not produced in bulk but finished individually, ensuring a furniture that will last for years.
