Oil treatment (food safe)

Let us treat your wooden cat scratching post wood with high-quality, food-safe worktop oil. This nourishing oil gives the wood a warm appearance, protects it from stains and dirt, and extends its lifespan.

Protective coating

A water-repellent coating protects teak poles against rain, snow and moisture, making the wood less likely to become discolored, crack or mold. Ideal for poles that are exposed to the elements all year round: they stay beautiful for longer and last for years.

Every Jumbo teak wood is unique. The smooth wood grain, the warm golden brown hue, the small natural irregularities — no two poles are identical.

Terms and conditions

Items are always checked for shipment by us. Should there be any defects or damage upon arrival with the customer, we will assess whether this damage is due to transportation or is caused by a manufacturing defect. In the latter case, an item can be repaired or exchanged. If you discover damage after delivery, photos of the problem should be sent to Catznwood. This will provide an estimate of the problem so that a solution can be found. Wood furniture is usually handmade and may sometimes differ slightly from models and drawings. Wood is sensitive to significant fluctuations in humidity. Although the wood is carefully dried, it may still warp (small cracks or slight warping). This applies to all wooden furniture, regardless of the store that delivered it. Please take this into account if you choose to do so. Catznwood does not provide any warranty on this matter. We do not provide a guarantee for damage caused by frost in combination with moisture.

The customer cannot rely on the warranty provisions in the following cases:

if there is any effect of the wood
if there is evidence of negligence on the part of the customer,
if the installation or assembly of the furniture was/are carried out in an unskilled manner,
if the customer has made changes to the products or had them made by third parties (e.g. repairs that were not carried out in consultation with Catzwood)
in case of careless or negligent use,
in case of damage caused by the action of moisture or other external causes or failure to repair,
if the product has not been maintained or installed in accordance with the usual recommended method,
