Barbara 2m (suar wood)

The 2-metre Barbara suar wood scratching post combines what makes the Barbara range so unique — sturdy support for our largest 60 cm teak bowls — with seven sleeping platforms over a height of two metres. Compact at the base, big on possibilities. This is the Barbara for cats that love to climb high and lounge in comfort.

The 2-metre Barbara suar wood scratching post features the same clever supports beneath the platforms that set this model apart from every other scratching post in our range. These supports can hold our 60 cm teak bowls — extra large and ideal for large breeds such as Maine Coons that truly want room to stretch out. Seven 35 × 40 cm sleeping platforms are arranged alternately on both sides of the trunk. At two metres tall, even the most ambitious climber has more than enough levels to explore.

Its total width of 95 cm and sturdy 65 cm base ensure excellent stability, even when several cats use the scratching post at the same time. The weight of the solid suar wood does the rest.

Barbara is a limited edition — we produce a fixed number in each batch and do not restock it afterwards. If you are hesitating, now is the time. Read more about the properties of suar wood in our blog article about suar wood scratching posts.

Accessories such as cushions, teak bowls and toys can be selected separately at the bottom of the page. Delivered fully assembled, or collect it free of charge from our workshop in Westerlo by appointment.
