Catz’n Wood cares deeply about your privacy. We only process data that we need to provide and improve our services, and we never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.
This privacy policy applies to the use of the Catz’n Wood website and its services. The effective date is 01/01/2026. A new version supersedes all previous versions.

Webshop software
WooCommerce
Our webshop is built with WooCommerce. Personal data you provide is shared with this party solely to provide us with technical support. Regular backups are made to prevent data loss.
Web hosting
Level 27
We use the web hosting and email services of Level 27. Level 27 processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. Level 27 has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent loss and unauthorised use of your personal data and is bound by a confidentiality agreement.
IT services
Virtuflow
For our IT services, we work with Virtuflow. Virtuflow processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. Virtuflow has taken appropriate measures and is bound by confidentiality.
Email and mailing lists
Microsoft
For our business email communication, we use Microsoft (Microsoft 365). Microsoft does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all email communication confidentially.
Payment processors
Mollie
For payment processing we use Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and payment details. Mollie does not retain your data longer than permitted under applicable legal terms.
Shipping and logistics
Bpost, PostNL, Mondial Relay
When you place an order, we share your name and address with our delivery partners solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Purpose of data processing
General purpose
We use your data exclusively for our services and never for targeted marketing. Data is not shared with third parties except to comply with accounting and administrative obligations.
Automatically collected data
Data automatically collected (IP address, browser, operating system) does not constitute personal data and is used only to improve our services.
Cooperation with fiscal and criminal investigations
In certain cases Catz’n Wood may be legally required to share your data with government authorities. We will oppose this to the extent permitted by law.
Retention periods
We retain your data for as long as you are a client. Invoices containing your data are retained for the applicable statutory period.
Your rights
Under Belgian and European law you have rights regarding your personal data. You may at any time file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

You always have the right to inspect the data we process about you. Submit your request to our privacy officer. You will receive a response within 30 days.
Right to rectification
You always have the right to have inaccurate data corrected. Response within 30 days.
Right to restriction
You always have the right to restrict the processing of your data. Response within 30 days.
Right to data portability
You always have the right to receive your data in a structured format. Response within 30 days.
Right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by Catz’n Wood. If you object, we will immediately cease processing pending resolution of your objection.

Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics cookies to track and report on how visitors use the website. We share browsing behaviour data with Google.

If third-party software solutions use cookies, this is mentioned in this privacy statement.
