At Catz ‘N Wood it is of course possible to exchange or return your order (provided that your ordered product does not fall under a legal exception). This can be done within 14 days after receipt of your complete order. Please first send an e-mail to catznwood.be if you want to exchange or return, so that we are already informed.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including any shipping costs. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging to online-ledshop.be. To exercise this right you can contact us via catznwood.be. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days after notification of your return if the product has already been received in good order. You must include a fully completed return form which can be downloaded at the bottom of this page.
Conditions
Conditions for returning goods:
- All items must be unused and undamaged;
- All items must be in their original packaging;
- All items must be returned securely (including product stickers and manuals) to avoid damage in transit.
- If you wish to return items that you yourself ordered incorrectly, you will have to bear the cost of the return shipping. You will only receive a shipping ticket from us if the product is defective.
