Wooden scratching posts from Catz’n Wood are Fully customized and made to order. As soon as your order is placed, we immediately start preparing: materials are ordered from our suppliers and production is scheduled. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel later.

No right of withdrawal for custom-made products

According to European consumer legislation (Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU) and our terms and conditions, there is no right of withdrawal for goods that are ordered specifically or made to measure. Every wooden product wooden cat scratching post from Catz’n Wood is covered by this exception, because:

• The pole is produced entirely to order
• Materials specifically for your order are purchased
• the product is not suitable for resale as a standard item

This applies both to the product wooden cat scratching post itself and to any accessories that are ordered in conjunction with a custom order.

Catz ’n Wood strives to deliver all our products in top condition. Should a defect or damage nevertheless occur, you may be entitled to warranty coverage. Legally, you are required to notify us within two months of noticing the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty period, we will provide free repair or replacement of the product.
