The Katrien 10 cat scratching post suar wood is the absolute top of the Katrien range. Two metres high, 12 platforms of 35 x 40cm — and the same twisting, spiralling post that makes all Katrien models so unique. Twelve levels winding upwards like a spiral staircase. This is the scratching post for the home where cats truly get the space they deserve.

The Katrien 10 cat scratching post suar wood combines the ergonomic climbing route of the Katrien range with impressive capacity. Twelve platforms of 35 x 40cm — each large enough for an adult cat to rest fully stretched out. In a multi-cat household that means twelve possible spots spread across two metres of height. No crowding, no fighting.

The twisted post is the signature of all Katrien models. Each platform sits at a different position along the axis of the post, allowing your cat to move upwards naturally. Turning, stretching, climbing — the Katrien 10 follows the movement of the cat rather than forcing it to adapt. At two metres with twelve levels that is a climbing experience no other scratching post can offer.

The Katrien 10 is made from solid suar wood, hand-selected and finished in our workshop in Westerlo. The twisted post is one piece of wood — not a construction of assembled parts. Suar is heavy and dense, the wide base keeps everything stable even when multiple cats take the spiral at the same time. Every Katrien 10 is unique. The wood grain follows the twist of the post in a way you can never fully predict. No two posts are ever identical.
