The Katrien cat scratching post teak 180cm has the same ergonomic build that characterises all Katrien models. Each platform sits at a different position along the axis of the post, allowing your cat to move upwards naturally. Turning, stretching, climbing — the Katrien follows the movement of the cat. At 180cm with six levels there is more than enough space for large breeds such as Maine Coons and Norwegian Forest Cats.

Six platforms of 35 x 40cm — large enough for an adult cat to rest fully stretched out. In a multi-cat household that means six possible spots spread across nearly two metres of height. No crowding, no fighting.

Teak naturally contains resins and oils that make it resistant to moisture and temperature changes. On a covered terrace, in a conservatory or simply indoors — the Katrien teak 180cm fits everywhere. The wide base keeps everything stable, the weight of the teak does the rest.

The straight grain of teak gives a different appearance from suar — calmer, more uniform, with a warm golden-brown tone that becomes more beautiful with age.
